Purchasing products from signet.se and SIGNET Sign System constitutes acceptance of our general terms and conditions of purchase. To complete a purchase on our website, you must first register as a user. Please note that registration and purchases on our website are exclusively reserved for companies that are, or wish to become, resellers of SIGNET Sign System. By registering, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a company.

When ordering a product over the internet, a binding purchase agreement is in effect. The purchase is completed as soon as it is confirmed on the screen. Orders can be placed via our webshop, but also via email to info@signet.se, via our chat or telephone 031-320 16 00. These terms and conditions apply to all purchases regardless of the purchase method.

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will contain all details about products, price, billing, and shipping address.

DELIVERY

Our normal delivery times are 1-5 business days. Some special products may have longer delivery times.

For us, it is important that you receive your deliveries quickly, we offer shipping methods primarily with DHL.

PICK UP AT SIGNET Sign System

You can choose to pick up your order at our location: Stålverksgatan 9, 417 07 Gothenburg. This delivery option is always free of charge. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

PRICES

All prices in the online store are listed in Swedish kronor and do not include 25% VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices resulting from incorrect information. We also reserve the right to adjust the price.

PAYMENT

At present, we only offer payment by invoice.

INVOICE

At invoicing, the payment term is 30 days. Late payments will incur late fees and default interest according to law.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RIGHT OF EXCHANGE

When purchasing in-stock items (only products marked ”in-stock”) on the website, you as a business customer have a 14-day exchange right that is valid from the moment you have received an item you have ordered.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of non-stocked products or custom-made products that have been specially tailored for the company or have a clear personal touch according to the company's wishes (all products not marked ”in stock”).

When exercising your right of exchange:

  • Inform us that you wish to make an exchange. The message should be sent to us at info@signet.se. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the exchange applies to must be clearly stated.
  • Return the products to us within 14 days of notification.
  • You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return. Therefore, products should be shipped well-packaged and in their original packaging.
  • Returns of byte goods are only accepted if they are returned in unused and undamaged condition.

CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS

We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. Should a product nonetheless arrive damaged or defective, we undertake to rectify the defect free of charge.

Contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered, and no later than 5 days after receipt.

HOW DO YOU PROCEED WITH A COMPLAINT

Any errors and defects must be reported to info@signet.se where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the error.

If we cannot fix the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to reject a claim if it turns out that the item is not defective.

DISCLAIMER

We accept no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise from the product.

We accept no responsibility for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control. These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, pandemics, reduced or missed deliveries from suppliers, etc.

No further responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product features made by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
