Purchase
Purchasing products from signet.se and SIGNET Sign System implies acceptance of our general terms and conditions of purchase. To make a purchase on our website, you must first register as a user. Please note that registration and purchases on our website are exclusively reserved for companies that are, or wish to become, resellers of SIGNET Sign System. By registering, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a company.
When ordering a product over the Internet, a binding contract of sale exists. The purchase is completed as soon as the purchase is confirmed on the screen. Orders can be placed via our web shop, but also by e-mail to signet@signet.se, via our chat or phone 031-320 16 00. These conditions apply to all purchases regardless of the method of purchase.
Once you have finalised your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all the details of the products, price, billing and delivery address.
If there is an error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by email at signet@signet.se.
Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 1-5 working days. Some specialised products may have longer delivery times.
If there is a delay in delivery (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), please contact us by phone 031-320 16 00, our chat or by email: signet@signet.se.
For us, it is important that you receive your deliveries quickly, we offer delivery methods with mainly DHL.
Available from SIGNET Sign System
You can choose to collect your order from us at Stålverksgatan 9, 417 07 Gothenburg. This delivery option is always free of charge. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
Prices
All prices in the webshop are in Swedish kronor and exclude 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to make price changes due to price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
Payment
At present, we only offer payment by invoice.
Invoice
For invoicing, the payment period is 30 days. Late payment is subject to penalties and interest on arrears in accordance with the law.
Right of cancellation/exchange
When purchasing in-stock items (only products labelled "in-stock") on the website, you as a business customer have a 14-day right of exchange that applies from the time you have received an item you have ordered.
The right to exchange does not apply to the purchase of non-stock products or specially manufactured products that have been customised for the company or have a clear personal touch according to the company's wishes (all products not marked "stock item").
When exercising your right to exchange:
- Let us know that you wish to make an exchange. The message should be sent to us at signet@signet.se. Your message should clearly state your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and the goods to be exchanged.
- Return the products to us within 14 days of notification.
- You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and the condition of the products upon return. The products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
- Returns of replacement goods will only be accepted if they are returned in unused and undamaged condition.
CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS
We inspect all products before sending them to you. Should the product still be damaged or faulty when it arrives, we undertake to rectify the fault free of charge.
Contact us for authorisation before returning a defective item.
The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been detected, but no later than 5 days after receipt.
How do you go about making a complaint?
Any faults and defects should be notified to signet@signet.se where you provide your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
If we cannot remedy the fault or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product. We pay for return shipping in case of authorised complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty.
Limitation of liability
We do not take responsibility for any indirect damage that may occur due to the product.
We do not accept any liability for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the control of the company. These circumstances may include, for example, labour disputes, fire, war, government decisions, pandemic, reduced or no delivery from suppliers, etc.
Furthermore, no responsibility is assumed for any changes to products/product characteristics changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to make any printing errors on this website and the final sale of products. We always try our best to display the products as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that the images on our website reflect the exact appearance of the products as some colour differences may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution.
